Fault F57 Repair and Troubleshooting Guide Sako hybrid inverter best solution Fault 57

Hello guys how are you as you see we have a Sako 6.5 kw inverter hybrid so it has a fault which is very complicated

it is usually in the main card this is what you are seeing f 57 is the fault number which is very complicated

but I will show you the best solution which is fixed only after changing two or three parts

In case it comes then we open its main card side Card which is called this Look there are four ICs on one side

I have changed these four ICs

all four have different numbers But I have inserted lm358 and 324 and there are two resistors on the back side

whose value is given here so it is completely dead so two resistors of the not same number will be installed

and I have already installed it in the IC. You know the fault that was traced it takes a lot of time to test

so to save your time I have tried to make it easy for you to understand after tracing all the faults

I have written this article So I have changed the IC

now these are its resistances which I am changing

one of them was 100 ohms resistance I don't have a AVAILABLE so I have replaced it with 120 ohms the

other one is 15k It was 15 K audible so I put it on so see this

Be careful when applying the resistance

there are very fine lines apply the resistance firmly and the soldering is good

don't over tighten this card is quite expensive but I try to repair the same card I put it again I don't put new ones To repair

After replacing the resistor and IC

wash it thoroughly with thinner etc which pastes to remove the IC it will cause the circuit to cut later

so this is the stuff that was bad on the card We fit back and then run to see if it runs or another fault occurs

The inverter that we have is from SAkO but all the inverters give almost the same fault

The fault number 57 and almost all of them have a problem here

Most of the faults occur in the card So it is of any company whatever it may be it is not necessary

the same fault occurs on all companies and in which such cards are installed are the same components

that are damaged I run it with the power supply Also try to run it from the power supply

direct connection to the battery can sometimes cause a short circuit somewhere it

gets damaged any more faults occur then the supply which is overloaded shuts down
