Hello friends how are you hope you are well
Today we will talk about two faults of INVEREX solar inverter which are related to battery these two faults are battery low and battery high. I have already told you about these faults in another article
But in the inverter that came to me today both these faults are in the circuit board of the inverter
So I'll show you some pictures of the circuit board where I'll mark the faulty resistors
In this picture ten resistors are connected in series in two lines.

Now there are two solutions
One solution is to replace all these resistances
10 resistances of the same resistance and put both these faults will be fixed
Another way is this
If you look carefully at these resistors the lines of these resistors are attached to the battery terminal.
You put an 800K resistance parallel to the first resistance on the positive side

Solar Inverter Troubleshooting
If you see it on the display, there will be a difference in the battery voltage. Now check with your digital meter as many volts as your meter is showing. The inverter display will also show the same volts. If there is a slight difference, you can check the resistance value. Change its battery volts to match your meter and these two faults will be fixed

اس تصویر میں دو لاینوں میں دس رزسٹنس سیریز میں لگی ہوی ہیں یہ تمام رزسٹنس کی مزاحمت میں فرق آچکا ہے
ایک حل تو یہ ہے کہ آپ یہ سارٰی رزسٹنس تبدیل کر دیں
دس رزسٹنس اسی مزاحمت کی اور لگا دیں یہ دونوں فالٹ ٹھیک ہو جایں گے
دوسرا طریقہ یہ ہے
ان رزسٹنس کو اگر آپ غور سے دیکھیں تو ان رزسٹنس کی لاینیں بیٹری ٹرمینل کے ساتھ جا کر اٹیچ ہوتی ہیں
آپ پازیٹیو والی سایڈ کی پہلی رزسٹنس کے اوپر ایک آٹھ سو کے کی اور رزسٹنس پیرلل لگا دیں
اس سے آپ اگر ڈسپلے پر دیکھیں تو بیٹری وولٹ میں فرق آجاے گا اب آپ اپنے ڈیجیٹل میٹر سے چیک کریں جتنے وولٹ آپ کا میٹر شو کر رہا ہے انورٹر کے دسپلے پر بھی وہی وولٹ ہوں گے اگر تھوڑا سا فرق ہو تو آپ رزسٹنس کی ویلیو تبدیل کر کے اس کے بیٹری وولٹ اپنے میٹر کے برابر کر دیں یہ دونوں فالٹ ٹھیک ہو جایں گے
